We're building the next-generation ranch management platform for exotic and rare species. Below are three brand directions for review. Each represents a distinct personality for how GusRanch could present itself to the world.
Gus
The trusted AI ranch hand. Warm, inviting, and deeply competent — like a seasoned ranch manager who happens to have perfect recall. This direction positions GusRanch as a premium but approachable partner. Think well-worn leather notebook meets modern dashboard.
Intelligence
The AI-forward platform. Data-driven, precise, and powerful. This direction appeals to ranchers who want cutting-edge technology — a Bloomberg terminal for livestock management. Dark mode by default, data-centric, and unapologetically technical.
Heritage
The legacy platform. Rooted in the land, built for generations. This direction speaks to ranchers who value tradition elevated by technology — rich, organic, and undeniably premium. Think Filson or Taylor Stitch aesthetic, applied to ranch management software.

Heritage, Refined
Round 1's verdict was clear: Concept C "Heritage" won unanimously. The copper/burnt orange palette, the earthy warmth, and the premium feel resonated with every reviewer. Round 2 refines that direction with three variations — addressing feedback on the logo, body font, and accent color.
The Brand
A bold G lettermark inside a rounded square — clean, geometric, solid fill. Think cattle brand meets modern technology. The mark should feel like it could be seared into leather. Warm Fraunces serif display with Inter body, and a warm amber accent replacing the passive green.
The Mark
A bold, solid sable antelope horn silhouette forming a subtle "G" shape — the sweep of a sable horn naturally creates a G. Solid filled, not stroked. This is a wildlife/exotic ranch management tool, so the mark should reference the animals it serves. Modern General Sans display, Inter body.
The Legacy
A monogram GR in a solid circular badge — like a traditional ranch seal or stamp. Thick, confident lettering with a solid background fill and reversed-out letters. Instrument Serif display meets Inter body. Terracotta accent warms the palette with more energy than the old green.
Which refinement wins?
All three build on Heritage. Pick the direction that feels most like GusRanch.
